Therapeutic Philosophy

A seashell partially buried in the sand on a beach, with ocean waves and a clear blue sky in the background.

When adverse experiences happen, we naturally adapt to feel comfortable and continue functioning. Sometimes those adaptations no longer work for us, and we feel unstable.

Getting to the root of distress is where we find the most relief long-term. I work with Clients to not only stabilize and ground in the present but also process the underlying layers of distress.

You can learn to listen to and feel safe in your body and your inner knowing. You can pause and adjust to feel more grounded in your authentic Self.

You can feel better. I am here to guide you.
